Ricky Powell/リッキー・パウエル
Ricky Powell was born in Brooklyn (1961) and grew up in Manhattan (mostly the Village). Graduated from LaGuardia C.C. (AA in Liberal Arts) and Hunter College (BS in Phys. Ed.). Has worked as a bike messenger, bus boy, dog walker and a gigilo for older women on a moderate income. Has had 4 books published including the current "Public Access: Ricky Powell Photographs 1985-2005" (powerHouse Books). Writes a column in Mass Appeal magazine called 'The Doloist' and has a public access tv show called Rappin' with the Rickster on Wednesday Nites at 11pm(NYC time) on Channel 57 (Time Warner) and on mnn.org. Besides that, just scrambling like Marlin Briscoe. RIP Grampa Munster.
