LESSON LEVELS
３つのレベルのクラスがあります。
初級（NOVAのレベルでの7C、7Bまたは7A）
中級（NOVAのレベルでの6または5）
上級 (NOVAのレベルでの4、3または2)
生徒さんにはご自分でレベルを選んで頂くことが出来ますが、自分がどのくらいのレベルか分からない…という方には講師によるレベルチェックテストを受けていただくことができます。(このレベルはあくまでも講師の判断ですので、一つ上のレベルで…もしくは、一つ下のレベルで…ということも可能です。)
LESSON TIMES
レッスンの時間帯は、講師と生徒さんの可能な時間帯( 講師が他のレッスンで既に予約していただけないこともあります。あらかじめご了承ください。)、もしくは午前9：30や10：00といった早い時間、午後9：30や10：00といった遅い時間でも開始することができます。
現在のところ講師はNOVA講師の為、今後の状況(NOVAが存続されるのか、新しい仕事を見つけることができるのか等)によりどのような時間帯でレッスンが可能かは未知の状態です。講師のスケジュールがわかりしだい掲載させていただきます。ご不便をおかけしますことをお詫び申し上げます。
LESSON FEES
2種類の料金体系があります。
曜日、時間等が固定されたレッスンと曜日、時間等が週によって異なるレッスンの2つです。
Fixed Lessons:
生徒さんには、mixi上（またはAAE_OSAKA@hotmail.comへのEメールで）で1ヵ月につき4日、同じ曜日・時間にレッスンを受講されるグループを登録していただきます。なお、それぞれの生徒さんにはその月の最初のレッスン時に1ヶ月分の受講料をお支払いいただきます。(この受講料は返金出来かねます。ご了承くださいませ。)
料金は下記のとおりです。
1 student = \14,000 (1レッスンあたり\3,500)
2 students = \12,000 (1レッスンあたり\3,000)
3 students = \10,000 (1レッスンあたり\2,500)
4 students = \9,000 (1レッスンあたり\2,250)
もちろん、どの生徒さんもどの月にでも、どのグループとでも、一月に4つ以上のレッスンを受講していただくことができます。たとえば、ドラえもんが毎週水曜日の午前11時に生徒さんが4人のレッスンを持っているとします。そして、また毎週金曜日の午後12時に生徒さんが3人のレッスンも同時に受講していただくこともできます。その場合、彼には下記の料金をお支払いいただくことになります。
\9,000 + \10,000 = 1ヶ月\19,000
同様に1ヶ月に1レッスンからの追加もご予約していただけます。たとえば、ドラえもんが他の1人の生徒さんと共に1回だけどこかの月曜日に1レッスン受講したい場合、下記の料金をお支払いいただくことになります。
\19,000 + \3,000 = \22,000
Flexible Lessons:
毎週決まった曜日・時間にレッスンを受けることが出来ない方の場合は価格が異なります。生徒さんにはその月の最初のレッスン時に2レッスン分の受講料\7,000(1レッスン\3,500)をお支払いいただきます。(この受講料は返金出来かねます。ご了承くださいませ。) しかし他の生徒さんが同じレッスンを予約されるかもしれませんので、これらのレッスンがマンツーマンであるという保障は出来かねます。
LESSON LOCATIONS
１〜２人のレッスンの場合、講師の自宅・生徒さんの自宅・カフェ等で受講していただきます。生徒さんには、毎回レッスンの場所をお選びいただけます。
3〜4人のレッスンの場合、レッスンはコミュニティセンターで受講していただきます。（生徒さんが他に適した場所をご存知の場合を除く。）そのため、事前にレッスンを受講される生徒さんのうちの１人にコミュニティセンターに「LANGUAGE EXCHANGE」のためと伝えた上でに１時間の予約をしていただきます。(その月に必要な４回分もしくはそれ以上にレッスンを予約している場合はその分もお願いします。)
なお、月の初めにお支払いいただく料金は４回分の為、追加でレッスンを受けられる場合(月に一回や二回の場合)はその都度お支払いいただきます。
LESSON DURATION
レッスンは５０分です。例えば午前１０時からの様に１時間ごとに始まるか、午前10時30分からの様に３０分遅れてからの１時間ごとに始まるかです。
INSTRUCTOR CHOICE
各生徒さん(マンツーマンの場合)、もしくは同じレッスンを受けられるグループでどの講師のレッスンを受けたいかお選びいただけます。可能な限りご要望にお答えできるようにいたします。しかし、常にご要望の講師のレッスンを受講していただけるとは限りません。
MIXI COMMUNICATION
我々は、生徒さんがmixiのコミュニティでAAEについてコミュニケーションを取っていただくことが良いのでは…と思っております。(どの生徒さんと一緒にグループを作る、時間、講師の選択等です。)
お互いに連絡を取り合ってご自分のベストな時間・曜日を見つけると共に、グループで受講していただき少しでも料金がリーズナブルになれば…と思い、mixiでのコミュニケーションをお勧めいたします。そして、我々のこのコミュニティを楽しんでいただきたく思っております。

LESSON LEVELS
There will be three levels of classes:
Beginners (a Nova level of 7C, 7B or 7A)
Intermediate (a Nova level of 6 or 5)
Advanced (a Nova level of 4, 3 or 2)
Students can choose their own level, however a check can be performed by the instructors to recommend an approximate level.
LESSON TIMES
Lesson times will be based on instructor and student availability, but could start as early as 9:30 or 10am and start as late as 8:30 or 9pm.
Instructor availability at this time is unknown due to our circumstances with Nova and finding alternative employment. As soon as we know our schedules, we will post that information on this site. We apologise for any inconvenience.
LESSON FEES
There will be two types of fee structures initially: fixed lessons and flexible lessons.
Fixed Lessons:
Students will register on Mixi (or by email to AAE_OSAKA@hotmail.com) a "group" of students who will study at the same time on the same day four days a month Each student will be required to pay a minimum monthly amount on their first lesson which will guarantee them four lessons in the month. This amount will be non-refundable as follows:
1 student = \14,000 (\3,500 per lesson)
2 students = \12,000 (\3,000)
3 students = \10,000 (\2,500)
4 students = \9,000 (\2,250)
Of course more than four lessons can be scheduled in any month by any student with any group of students. For example, if Doraemon has a 4 student class on Wednesdays at 11am, but also has a group of 3 students who want to study at 12pm on Fridays then he would pay:
\9,000 + \10,000 = \19,000 for that month in total.
Likewise single lessons can also be booked. Say Doraemon and one other student want to have a single lesson on Monday one week only, as well as his two regular weekly classes as above. He would then pay:
\19,000 + \3,000 = \22,000
Flexible Lessons:
For students who have flexible schedules and can't study at the same time every week the price is different. Those students would pay \7,000 at their first lesson for two guaranteed lessons in the month (\3,500 per lesson). This amount would also be non-refundable. All additional lessons booked throughout the month would also be at the rate of \3,500. These lessons are not guaranteed to be private lessons. Other students may also book into a Flexible lesson.
LESSON LOCATIONS
For one or two person lessons the lesson will be held at the instructor's home, a student's home or a cafe or somewhere similar. The students can choose the location at all time.
For three or four person lessons the lesson will be held at a local community centre (unless the students' know of a more suitable location). In advance one of the students should contact an appropriate community centre for the group and schedule a "LANGUAGE EXCHANGE" for one hour on whatever days in the month they wish (remember that the payment at the beginning of the month only covers the first four weeks in the month - extra lessons on that day will require extra payment as detailed above).
LESSON DURATION
Each lesson will be for a period of 50 minutes, starting either on the hour or 30 minutes past the hour (eg, 10am or 10:30am).
INSTRUCTOR CHOICE
Each student or group of students is able to choose which instructor they wish to teach them, and all efforts will be made to honour those choices. However, it may not always be possible to have the requested instructor teach the lesson in question at all times.
MIXI COMMUNICATION
We encourage all students to communicate with each other about AAE on this Mixi site. Please get in contact with each other and try to find the best times and days for you, so that you can take advantage of the group discounts. And to enjoy our new community.
