hi, im junko.
i just came back from usa last tuesday, so i woke up soooooooo early because of jet lag.....sigh...and right now,im so free(；◔ิд◔ิ)that's why im playing w/ my computer such ealy morning....

anyway, i watched only arakawa's playing yesterday. i thought nobody could complain about her playing!!!! that's awesome!!! i almost cried when she finished it.

we should be proud of japanese first medal and her great job.+゜*。:゜+(人*´∀`)+゜:。

i know that manga!! but i've never read it....

when i was in usa, i had a hostfamily.
by the way, i studied abroad last semester(only 4 months).
and they really loved japanese manga. they had even japanese comics which was written in japanese, even tho they couldn't read japanese. they had many DVD as well. like, "sailor moon", "cowboy bebop" or something like that.

if they are japanese, they might be called "otaku", i think......

what do u think?

by the way, we need more member to talk to.....

today, i wanna ask u guys something.
i heard that there are some communities.( not mixi's community) their goal is to have a conversation with many ppl who wanna talk in english.
like, some ppl gather at coffe shop or restaurant, and talk in english with some members i don know.

i really wanna join that kind of activity. i wanna have a chance to speak english, so if u know those kind of community or some information, message me, please.

i LOVE kenshin, too!! lately, naruto is popular in amerika. i watched it once, but i felt strange feeling that the charakters were talkin' in english....have u ever watched japanese anime sporken in english?

by the way, today is so fuckin' cold(￣□￣;) and plus, it's rainin' rite now!!! i was thinkin' about going to sports gym w/ my friend, but im gonna call it off....BUT im gonna go drinkin' party tonite♪ nobody cant make me stop drinking!! hahaha~~~

yeah, i really love drinking, especially at IZAKAYA!!
even tho im never strong against alcohol, i usually go to IZAKAYA twice a week and drink oolong-hai. but since im not good at a pop drink, i don drink beer quiet frequently.......

u never drink? never?! even a cocktail?
i think if u become drinking more, ur life's gonna be more fun( *´艸`)hahaha

humm.....i don change anything, i think....

usually, when im drunk, i just puke everything in my stomach.hahaha(・´з`・) and plus, my face turns blue a little bit. i don kno why, though...
and after that, i can't drink anymore....hahaha(*´д｀*)=３ everyone said that if i wanna be strong against alcohol, i shold keep drinking, even tho i puked. but i cant........sigh...

Yep, it is a kind of cocktail...I think.
May be u can buy jim-beam at a liquor store in Japan, so If u have opportunity, please try it!! should be nice.
here is the recipe...
just mix jim-beam with coke in the proportion of one to five, it is up to u to decide the proportion though...
I would like to try new one!! do u know any??

hmmm, I cant drink Japanese sake...it is too bitter for me!!so I drink it only on New year`s day..
however, my friend, Australian, loves Japanese sake, but not its taste. He just loves pretending Japanese OYAZI...so funny,isnt he?? he longs for Japan...
Actually I am drinking alone now....so sad and it tastes bitter..I feel. Then, I think it is much better to drink with many friends, is that right??haha

Good afternoon junko!!
I am not sure why...all I know is that he has never come to Japan, but he has been influenced by some Japanese manga such as GTO, Initial D, Gandam and so on..Also, he studies Japanese to be an English teacher in Osaka.. I think some young Australian are interested in Japanese culture coz of the movie"Last SAMURAI" which is very popular with them.
I also pretended oyazi in my childhood, but not now.haha

japanese animations and movies are popular in australia!! it's the same as in america. my friend in america is also like japanese animations as well. like, GTO, initianl D and breach (this is the one which is on TV rite recently) he's longing for the one who speak kansai-ben as well. since he' ve mastered japanese pretty much, he's learnin' kansei-ben rite now. but it's hard for even us to acquire kansai-ben, isn't it?? for him, it's hard more. how's ur friend?? how much can he speak japanese?? i don kno why, but im always excited when i hear my friend from overseas speak japanese(◕ฺ∀◕ฺ) don't u think so??

I'm Kate and I run this community so that you and I can enjoy talking in English! The abbriviation like the acronym is quite popular among young people and I always use them while I'm chatting with American mates in English. Sometimes it looks really ridicurous for me because some of them don't want me to use them when I talk to them on the Internet. Some people seem to like academic person. It's so natural that you learn them from your learning because you can grab them so easily these days. You can see, use and then know what they are.

Oh yeah, American people - even mature people like watching Japanese animation such as POKEMON, DRAGONBALL, SAILORMOON etc. and they watch them both in English and in Japanese! They're getting into them and going to be curious about Japanese! I watched YU-GI and ALCHEMIST with my American mates in America and they seemed to be quite into them, heehee!

Thanks for complimenting on my crappy English! M, I like street English, but in case I meet VIP, I should know how to use formal English. Slangs can make people mad, anxious and down, so I should know slangs at first and then I should learn when I can use them, whom I can use them for and where I can use them. As your first step on the way to master English, it's good on you to learn slangs besides formal English.

Haha, seeing the guy wearing the T-shirt in Disney World must have been hilarious! I've seen a woman wearing in her DRAGONBALL costume at University. I'm not going! lol Even if I want to do cosplay, it's still a pie in the sky!

M, I'm quite into in-line skating and arranging flowers. I also love listening to songs(singing songs) and chatting in English with my American mates. Oh, I like shopping for my clothing and hanging aroung with my friends! Ah, there is no end to my interests...How about you, Chika?
