Mindgames is committed to bringing to Japan fresh sounds and fresh faces, and for the next party we have found two great new talents: Agaric (Patrik Skoog) and Shonky. We're excited to host both of their Japanese debuts.
This is going to be a night of DEEP techno.
Agaric is one of Sweden's top underground techno dj's. Closely associated with the Swedish techno scene and Adam Beyer's Drumcode label, Patrick started a new project two years ago, Agaric, to focus on slower, deeper, more psychedelic sounds. His releases on his own label, We Are, have become some of the biggest hits for dj's across the minimal scene. Like Adam Beyer, he is a superb technical dj, and he'll be playing both a live and a dj set.
Shonky is a new producer from France who just released his debut album on Freak N' Chic, "Time Zero", to rave reviews. Shonky is a mathematician who studied math for five years until he decided to pursue a career in music instead. His music is deep space techno with a very trippy vibe.
