First,,me,manager of this community.

I haven't been to U.S,but I love NY!

I'm saving money for traveling for NY..
Well, I've never been to NY either.
Just out of curiosity, why do you love NY so much, Shishido san? :-)

It's raining outside here in Kobe at the moment.
I haven't seen any snow this winter yet.
Don't like the cold of winter but I do miss snow!
Thank you for reply! I was afraid I got no reaction...lol

In tokyo,it hasn't snowed at all yet this winter...

I also miss snow.

Accosding to CNN, it snows a lot in upstate NY!
That's why I love NY ..
Just kidding.lol

I think it's not too much to say NY is the center of art culture.

Yesterday I played instruments at three place!

First,community center, second,class reunion party,
and third, Aikido party.

But today is free,, I can study English much!!
Hi. then,

What kind of instruments did you play?

I'm looking forward to reply your message.

Bye.
I play three Japanese traditional instruments.

Koto(Japanese traditional horizontal harp)
Tsugaru-shamisen(Three-stringed banjo-like instrument)
Okinwan-sanshin(okinawan shamisen used for accomapaniment for Okinwan Folk song!)

You can listen to my playing at:

http://www.shamimaster.com/music.html

Of cource English only!!

Today I'm going to go to renew my driver's lisence!

My birthday is just around the corner..
Today I went to practice Aikido early in the morning.

I live near the headquater of Aikido foundation,

so there are many foreigners in Dojo.

I have many chances to speak in English,

I'm lucky!!
Wow, you've been taking Aikido lessons? Cool.
Also you can make friends from other countries there, which would be quite fun and
good for you.

Wish you the happiest birthday, ever! :-D
Thanks!

I practice aikido thinking it's impossible to do techniques with well-built foreinger.. hahaha..

I think it's difficult to make a comment at this comment without specific theme..

So let's talk about dream!

Please tell me your dream.

Anyone,come on!!
>I have many chances to speak in English,
I'm lucky!!

me,too!
細かいことですがさっきの、
you can make friends with people from other countries
ですね。抜けてしまった。ははっ。

My dream is...Hmm...

To be able to express myself well in English! Definitely! ;-P
Probably that would be OUR dream, not only mine.
Well, what else? To have a beautiful fresh skin, maybe? :)
Or, to be a happy mum someday.
Today,, I went to train tea ceremony after aikido
practice.

Thank you for reply,mizue!

I think the biggest reason many Japanese are not

good at English is that we can live without English!

So we're lucky!!

No problem miyo, minor details!

Beatiful fresh skin!!

It's an interest for American called"Anti-Aging!"

Your children will say ,,

"My mother can speak Englsh fluently!!"
Joke is difficult because the humor of a joke depends on the speaker's culture.

A canadian sit next to me in the train before and

his name was "Innocent".

So I asked him,

"You are not guilty!?"

He laughed, but when I translate into Japanese for Japanese friend of mine, the humor disappeard.

Joke is difficult..
