年末にバティスからメールが来ました。
年が明けるまで話し合いができないのでここにメールを貼り付けておきます。

Ok I write a few things on our project.

1.I have to say about the day we will send clothes to Batis. I said we will send them on 26 Dec in ex-mail, but we changed it. We will send them on 27 Dec. At that time, we will??ask a post officer when you will get them. But??I don't think we can get the answer from post ifficer about the exact date you will get them. Anyway I will mail you what we will hear from a post officer. And we are going to use Air mail.

2.About a bank account. This is a difficult thing for us.So we got some pieces of advice from our Professor Joe. Even if you open a personal or organizational account, it will be no use opening an account unless you can make good profits. When you use an account, there will be some charges. I haerd it is also expensive. As a result, we had better not use an bank acount at this moment . So let's check if there is the merit or not on opening an account during the test term.Would you agree us? Or do you have any good ideas?
If we don't use an account in the future, let's think another way. For example,we are thinkng it's ok to return money to us directly when we or another members visit Batis in the future.

3.About the test term. During the test term, we want you to save some money. Please save 10 percent of the sale. For example, if you sell a clothe at 200 peso, please save 20 peso. And we want you to do marketing research. Like which clothes sell well(because there are T-hirt , skirt, blouse, tank top ,bag ,accessory and so on), what kind of clothes are in fashion in philipine, what kind of people come to shop ..... something like that. Please think yourselves which information is useful for you and us in order that we succeed this project. But this is a casual project. Don't think it deeply.(^u^) We are also excited very much about this project. Let's enjoy making this project.

4.We will send the result of merketing research in japan with clothes. And we think there will be some clothes which won't sell when the tset term finishes. we don't think it's good idea to throw them away. So why don't you reuse them, for axample, making bag, coaster, shoses? We will send some originals with clothes and a result of the research. Please check them with your eyes and think whether you can make such things or not.

again its me,

If you send it tommorrow please send me email as soon as possible so we can expect when it will tsuku.

one more thing,
forget about the bank account, we have an existing account so dont worry about it.

if we send money to yu we will send it through EMS ( Express Mail Service). or your idea would be better but we dont know when we have a visitor from japan so we can ask them.

About the clothes, I am not saying that we will throw the non salable but we will markdown the price so no more waste.

dont worry about the fashion if it is used clothes anything goes.
if you send new one, Your fashion or Japanese fashion or your trend would be better becasue we usually follow your fashion. Specially the accessories and bags also.
If there is some used Cellphone that can be usable in the philippines would be ok too.( Can be iserted the SIM Card so we can use it here in the philippines.

Batis staff are asking for the Cellphone that can be usable in the philippines because we know that cell phone is very cheap in Japan but very expensive in the philippines. maybe next time.
