I reserved a room in a convenient location in my town, Kashihara-Only 2-min walk from Yamato-Yagi Sta. The room is reserved from 1:00pm to 3:00pmw.(The game should finish by 2:50pm to give us time to clean up the room.) You can bring your own bottles of soft drinks and snacks for yourself or to share. Each participant is kindly requested to pay 500yen or US$5 in case before we start to play on the day. I would definitely appreciate if you honor your commitment and don't cancel one you apply and get approved. I consider English as a common language while playing games, so please try your best to use ONLY English.
There're some historical sights around the area such as Kashihara jingu shrine, Asuka village, Imai-cho, and Fujiwara-kyo (Fujiwarakyuushi)etc... You cuold make a day of it ; visit those sights in the morning and come for fun games in the afternoon. Let's all enjoy playing games and speaking English!
