自分のヤリたい事を ヤッていますか?。地域社会への奉仕 や、意義有る団体で ボランティア活動を していますか?。政治に関心を持ち、選挙に行ったり ニュースを見聴き していますか?。家族の集い・再会・友達との話し合い・旅行・趣味 を楽しんでいますか?
学校に行ったり・文化講座・セミナー・ワークショップ・運動・講演・語学の習得 等、積極的に色んな活動を していますか?
自分と他の人の 人生を より良くする為、又 楽しくする為、何かに 活発に参加しましょう。


≠自分は生きるのにあたいする人間です。自分は自分のままでいいのです。自分は愛するにあたいする人間です。自分は自分の居所を作っていいのです。自分をウンと好きになります。。。。。

I pray that I may have a consciousness of God's presence.
貴方が 実在していらっしゃる 事を 感じる事が出来ます様に。

I pray that God will give me spiritual vision.
霊的なビジョン を与えて下さい。


AA Thought for the Day
今日のAA思考

By submitting to God, we're released from the power of liquor.
自分の意志を 神の御手に 委ねる事によって 酒の力から 解放される。

It has no more hold on us.
酒の力は、私に対して 威力を失う。

We're also released from the things that were holding us down: pride, selfishness, and fear.
更に 私達を囚えていた 様々なモノから 解放され始める。ちんけなプライド・エゴイズム・そして 恐怖。

And we're free to grow into a new life, which is so much better than the old life that there's no comparison.
此の様にして 新しい生命に成長し始める。此の新しい生き方は、古いモノと 比較する余地の無い程、素晴らしいモノだ。

This release gives us serenity and peace with the world.
解放された生き方は 平安を与えてくれるし、生きる事は 平和となる。

Have I been released from the power of alcohol?
アルコールの力から 解放されているか?

今日の黙想

We know God by spiritual vision.
霊的なビジョンは 神の存在を 知らせてくれる。

We feel that He is beside us. We feel His presence.
神の存在を 身近に感じる事が出来る。

Contact with God is not made by the senses.
神との関わりは、他のモノとの関わりの様に 五感で 感ずるモノでは無い。

Spirit-consciousness replaces sight.
スピリチュアル(霊的)な意識 が目の代わりをする。

Since we cannot see God, we have to perceive Him by spiritual perception.
私達は 神を 此の目で見る事は出来無いが、スピリット(霊)の知覚によって 其の存在に気づく。

God has to span the physical and the spiritual with the gift to us of spiritual vision.
神は 此の霊的なビジョン の賜物で、私の 体とスピリチュアリティ(霊性)を 結んで下さる。

Many persons, though they cannot see God, have had a clear spiritual consciousness of Him.
神 を明らかに見た者は いないが、多くの人々が 神の存在に対して 明らかな 霊的体験をしている。

We are inside a box of space and time, but we know there must be something outside of that box, limitless space, eternity of time, and God.
人は 空間と時間の箱の中 に居るが、此の箱の外に 何か!が有る事に 気付いている。無限の空間・永遠の時間・そして 神の存在 が在る。
