Born and raised in Houston, Texas.
Graduated　from　the University of Houston and helped found
the not-for-profit theatre company, Infernal Bridegroom Productions,
acting in such productions as Endgame,Guys and Dolls and The Balcony.

He earned a master's degree from the University of San Diego.
He had a recurring role in the series Judging Amy,
and a guest starring appearance in Ed.

He appeared in movies, Garden State, Heights, On the Road with Judas, Gardener of Eden, 10 Items or Less and School for Scoundrels.
