ノーベル平和賞、ユヌス氏とグラミン銀行…貧困撲滅で

　【オスロ＝本間圭一】ノルウェーのノーベル賞委員会は１３日、２００６年のノーベル平和賞を、貧困撲滅に尽くしたバングラデシュのムハマド・ユヌス氏（６６）と、同氏が総裁を務めるグラミン銀行に授与すると発表した。

　同委員会は授賞理由について「貧困からの脱却なくして恒久的な平和は実現しない」と述べ、貧困撲滅に務めた功績を評価した。

　ユヌス氏は１９８３年、バングラデシュで貧困に苦しむ農村の女性らを対象に、無担保で少額の信用貸し付けを行う「マイクロ・クレジット（小口融資）」を行うグラミン銀行を創設、貧困層の経済的自立を促してきた。「無担保はリスクが大き過ぎる」との指摘もあったが、資金はほぼ完全に回収され、貧困層の生活改善に力を発揮、同銀行の手法は世界に広がった。

できるだけたくさんの種をまき、育てる

6. We shall plan to keep our families small. We shall minimize our expenditures. We shall look after our health.
家族計画をたて、消費をおさえ、健康に留意する

7. We shall educate our children and ensure that they can earn to pay for their education.
子どもに教育を与え、教育費を自分で稼げるようにする

8. We shall always keep our children and the environment clean.
子どもと環境を清潔に保つ

9. We shall build and use pit-latrines.
トイレを作り使う

10. We shall drink water from tubewells. If it is not available, we shall boil water or use alum.
水を水道から飲む。それが無理なら湯沸かしをするか明礬を使う

11. We shall not take any dowry at our sons' weddings, neither shall we give any dowry at our daughters wedding. We shall keep our centre free from the curse of dowry. We shall not practice child marriage.
子どもの結婚に持参金を持たせないし要求もしない。

12. We shall not inflict any injustice on anyone, neither shall we allow anyone to do so.
不正義を許さない

13. We shall collectively undertake bigger investments for higher incomes.
より大きな収入のために投資をみんなでする

14. We shall always be ready to help each other. If anyone is in difficulty, we shall all help him or her.
もし誰かが困難にあるなら相互に助け合う。

15. f we come to know of any breach of discipline in any centre, we shall all go there and help restore discipline.
規律の破壊があることを知ったら、そこに行って規律を恢復することを助ける。

16. We shall take part in all social activities collectively.
社会活動にみなで参加する。

　もし可能なら日本にもこのグラミンのような銀行を作りたい
です。。。

でも、私にはそれだけの力がありません。。。

　だからせめてこの銀行の事をもっと多くの人に知ってほしいと思いこのコミュニティーを作りました。

　私は以前からエンジェルになれたらな～～って思っていました。

　エンジェルとは何か善いことを始めようとして経済的な問題を抱えている人達を助けてあげる事が出来る存在。。

　願わくば私もその仲間に入りたい。。。

そう思っていました。

　もちろんいまでもなれたらな・・・って思います。

　少しずつですが情報を集めて見たいと思いますのでのんびりとつき合ってください♪
