We teach this ancient practice in a way that is easy for all people to understand and adapt to regardless of your age or fitness level. Our approach is to gradually ease the body into the movements while incorporating breathing exercises to help improve your focus and get... the most out of your practice.

And we finish with a basic meditation to increase your awareness and sense of well being.

This program is ideal for anyone who is looking for a way to deal with stress, calm their thoughts and just feel more energetic and alive!
