Continental Drift Records - レーベル立ち上げ／リリースイベント
ぼくらの踏みしめる大地が常に動き続けているという真実、その真実に恐れ入る....ただ、それは美しい恐怖でもある....そして、この無常のはかなさが無限の可能性をも生み出すという事実もまた美しい。アイデアは広がり、ぼくらはさらなる真実へと足を踏み入れる。
この冒険がConoley OspovatとCraig Oldringの音楽に対するクリエイティビティーの原動力となっている。そのクリエイティビティーを世に送り出すためにもぼくらは一緒にレーベルを立ち上げる事にした。レーベルの名前はContinental Drift Records。
そのレーベル立ち上げイベントに皆さんにも来て欲しい。ConoleyとCraigのライブの他に、CraigとスペシャルゲストでLabyrinthでも有名なDJ HiyoshiのDJセットが聞けます。このイベントはぼくらのレーベルの記念すべき初の２つのリリースcdrift.001&cdrift.002のお祝いの場でもあり、曲は10月10日からダウンロードできます。
新しいアイデア、いろいろな自由な試み、そして音楽への追求がここにあります。一緒に楽しみましょう!

Continental Drift Records – Label Launch & release party
The concept of the very terra firma we base our existence upon constantly morphing under our feet is a terrifying one indeed……..but it’s a beautiful terror….….as is beautiful the endless new possibilities this state of impermanence creates. Worlds collide, ideas expand and we set ourselves adrift in new realities.
The musical thread shared by Conoley Ospovat & Craig Oldring has its roots in this exploration, and it’s this musical thread and the need for a creative outlet to channel it into that lead us to start a record label together; a label we’re calling Continental Drift Records.
We hope you’ll join us for our label launch event featuring live performances by Conoley and Craig, as well as DJ sets by Craig & very special guest DJ Hiyoshi of Labyrinth fame. This event will also be celebrating the label’s first two releases: cdrift.001 & cdrift.002, available for purchase from October 10th.
Here’s to new ideas, the freedom to experiment, and what we hope will be a long journey full of musical exploration. We hope you dig!

from shibuya station, east exit, walk 7 minutes along roppongi dori towards aoyama gakuin. You'll see a blue sign with a red rose on the sidewalk on the left hand side of the street. That'd be 'aoiheya'!!(b1).
