海賊党活動をmixiなどのSNSサイトや、現実realの地域活動などで著作権法改悪反対の活動や、原発関連情報公開を求める運動などを展開してきたグループが数年前から各国の海賊党との連携を進めて参りましたが、このたび、2013年4月に圧倒的多数の賛成をもって、各国海賊党から承認されて、海賊党関係の国際組織の正式メンバーとなりました。
