【MBAの定番テキスト『コーポレートファイナンス』を原書で輪読する勉強会】

欧米の多くのトップビジネススクールで使われている「コーポレートファイナンス」。この度、原書の「Principles of Corporate Finance」の第10版が発売されました(日本語版は第8版）。」

本勉強会では、このPrinciples of Corporate Financeを輪読することで、コーポレートファイナンスの基礎知識を身につけることを目的としています。

■対象者
・コーポレートファイナンスを学びたい方
・企業財務について詳しくなりたい方
・MBAに興味のある方

■参加条件
・テキストを持参する方
・必ず予習をやってくる方
・英語で教科書を読む意気込みがある方
・積極的にディスカッションに参加できる方

■時間
1～2ヶ月に1回。土曜日もしくは日曜日を予定。
1回で3～4チャプター程進める予定。
