●October, 2004
Takada participates in HARD ROCK SUMIT appearance band audition/YOUNG GUITAR magazine new figure development audition (Kanazawa) that seven school Conservatorium of Music MI JAPAN in Japan sponsors, and it receives high acclaim from the judge. Matsuda participates in this audition (Nagoya) in October by own band 'HELLGENOM'. HELLGENOM decided appearance to HARD ROCK SUMIT INOVATION done next April, and Matsuda was in the spotlight.
○2004年10月
全国に7校ある音楽学校MI JAPANにて開催されたHARD ROCK SUMIT出演バンドオーディション/YOUNG GUITAR誌新人開発オーディション（金沢会場）に高田が参加、審査員から高い評価を得る。同10月、松田は自己のバンド’HELLGENOM’にて同オーディション（名古屋会場）に参加。HELLGENOMは翌年4月に行われるHARD ROCK SUMIT INOVATIONへの出演を決めると共に、Vo/Baの松田への注目が高まっていった。
●January, 2005
A wild performance of Takada's technical guitar play and Matsuda was mentioned in the music industry. They were recommended the formation of the band by the person related to the industry. And, they agreed since the plan and the music of the band were talked about, and the band was formed. However, the drummer who was scheduling it at first declared the nonparticipation to the band. Then, the participation of Tange (OUTRAGE) was decided on the condition only of support to a composition and first live. Three people who gathered in Nagoya made up four in only three days.
It tried for them to the band rehearsal and to make the tune from the concept "United of old and new HEAVY METAL". It lived in Kanazawa, Gifu, and Nagoya respectively, and their ages were also more various. Three people made up six in the short span of time confirming the groove and the human nature each other. At this point, Tange was determining formal participation in the band.
○2005年1月
高田のテクニカルなギタープレイと松田のワイルドなパフォーマンスは業界で話題を呼び、業界関係者からバンドの結成を勧められる。バンドの構想、音楽性について話し合った結果、意気投合した2人はバンドを結成。当初予定していたドラマーがバンドへの不参加を表明。作曲時と初LIVEまでのサポートのみという条件で丹下（OUTRAGE）の参加が決定。名古屋にて集結した3人はたった3日間で4曲を作り上げる。新旧HEAVY METALの融合というコンセプトの元、バンドリハーサル、曲作りに努め、金沢・岐阜・名古屋と住むところも、年齢も違う3人は、グルーブ・人間性などを確認しつつ、短期間で6曲を作り上げる。この時点で丹下はバンドへの正式参加を決意。

"ALTIMATE WEAPON OF YOU" played with live in Shinjuku HOLIDAY on March 18 is collected to DVD of issue July, 2005 of the YOUNG GUITAR magazine appendix.

3月18日新宿HOLIDAYでのLIVEでプレイされた「ALTIMATE WEAPON OF YOU」はYOUNG GUITAR誌2005年7月号付録DVDに収録される。

Japan-South Korea exchange live that made the Japan-South Korea guitar hero's co-starring a concept was held in Seoul. They participate from Japan with BOW WOW. Spectators who had witnessed CERBERUS received a strong impact for the first time.
They began recording in Seoul in parallel with exchange live. Jaeman Kim cooperated as an engineer. He is a guitarist of BLACK SYNDROME who is the leader of the HARD ROCK band in South Korea.At this point, these will be the first recordings as the band to them only in four months. Do you record at a marvelous speed of three days under such a situation?The down of the mix was finished.

日韓ギターヒーローの共演をコンセプトに韓国ソウルで行われた日韓交流LIVEに、日本からBOW WOWと共に参加。初めてCERBERUSを目の当たりにした韓国の観客に強いインパクトを与える。交流LIVEと並行し、ソウルにてレコーディングを開始。エンジニアとして韓国HARD ROCKバンドの重鎮、BLACK SYNDROMEのギタリストでもあるJAEMAN KIMを迎える。初顔合わせからわずか4ヶ月、バンドとしての初レコーディングにも関わらず3日間という驚異的な速さでレコーディング〜ミックスダウンまで終了。
●September, 2005
1st mini-album "CERBERUS" is released from independent label 30MIN.RECORDS of OUTRAGE. Afterwards, all presses first time are sold out. The band becomes a more tight unit because of a lot of live activities.

1stミニアルバム「CERBERUS」をOUTRAGEの自主レーベル30MIN.RECORDSよりリリース。その後初回プレスを全て売り切る。数々のLIVE活動でバンドがよりタイトなユニットになっていく。
●February, 2006
The tune making is started aiming at a full album. And,some live was done afterwards.
○2006年2月
フルアルバムに向けて曲作りを始める。その後もいくつかのLIVEを行う。
●January, 2007
They received strong cooperation of guitarist STU MARSHALL (ex.DUNGION) who had the exchange since before, and began recording in the R&R RECORDINGS studio in Sydney.
○2007年1月
以前から交流のあった元DUNGIONのギタリストSTU MARSHALLの強い協力を得て、シドニーのR&R RECORDINGSスタジオにてレコーディングを開始。
●March, 2007
Mastering is done in GOLDEN MASTERING in California and Ventura.
○2007年3月
カリフォルニア・ベンチュラにあるGOLDEN MASTERINGにてマスタリングを行う。
●May, 2007
Release schedule of 1st full album "FEAR NO DECAY" from 30MIN. RECORDS. And,they are scheduled to begin 19 all nationwide tours including the clinic in Conservatorium of Music.

1stフルアルバム「FEAR NOT DECAY」を30MIN. RECORDSよりリリース。全国ツアーを実施。
