Hip Hop is a genre not known for it's live performers but Dakah brings a whole new dimension to the Hip Hop game. A Los Angeles phenomenon, Dakah is the world's largest hip-hop orchestra featuring 58 musicians, almost every instrument imaginable and many of hip-hop's great musicians including members of the Breakestra, Black Eyed Peas, Macy Gray, Nikka Costa, and others. Drawing upon influences from jazz, funk, European classical, hip-hop, rock and Latin music, Dakah has won critical raves and a loyal following since it's inception in 1999. With their first commercially available release, Dakah will be bringing their funky, symphonic hip hop to the world, LIVE!. And you thought hip hop was strictly a studio sport....
