Brothers Jody Hudson-Powell and Luke Powell formed Hudson-Powell in March 05.
Having worked as designer/art directors at larger companies since leaving college both brothers wanted more space for “out of work” projects (exhibitions, side-projects, etc) to mingle with and influence our daily work.
Both Luke and Jody studied Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins, with Jody going on to do the “Virtual environments” MSC at Bartlett school of Architecture.
Our design principles focus on the dual development of concept and medium.
With foresight of current and future technologies, and a traditional design methodology,
Hudson-Powell are able to create projects that live across a wide range of platforms be it screen or print. This approach has seen projects as varied as branding, live action, motion graphics, model making, program development and interactive installations.
