ok, let me say one thing.
i've been misunderstanding that word for a long time.
thinking that means "shout loud"
so everytime somebody used that word,
i thought the person got crazy drinking too much.
haha,

when i heard the word Chill out at first time,
i thought the weather is cold or somethin.
Chill has many meanigs, it has the meaning of cool!
