3 bedroom apartment . Room it is furnished (it only comes furnished)..

The apartment has a big living room and a kitchen with window.
Building is right on Amsterdam AVE, close to #1, Riverbank Park very close within walking distance.
This is perfect for a City College Students and Columbia University Students or anybody that wants to rent the room.
The apartment is nice and very quiet. Just bring your clothes, honestly.
