I am writing this in English because most of the positions that are open are for Bilingual people. Looking for Consultants that are Japanese Nationals or fluent in Japanese and can speak well in English.
現在、私たちはバイリンガル（英語と日本語）で、コンサルティングの経験がある有能な方を探していて、それに当てはまる方に対してのポジションが空いておりますので、この文章を英語で書かせていただいております。この英語での文章をご理解できない方に関しましては、ご迷惑お掛けいたしましたことをお詫び申し上げます。

Our consultancy is CANDIDATE DRIVEN. In other words, we proactively take talent into strategically sound new career paths. We are not the usually job-filling agency.
As you may be aware, the market IS improving. In part it’s because companies cut too much during the downturn, but there are other signs of life. One of the trends we have notices is that FSI companies are outsourcing IT more and more to reduce their cost base.
We have clients with positions open for high-performing people at different stages of their career, which can come in and make a difference from day one. We will of course provide significant learning opportunities and there is a strong support network within the business. As much as there is an informal and welcoming atmosphere, this is an intense and professional environment, and you will be working on large-scale, complex projects. That is demanding, and that requires something special.
Right now our clients are looking for and have job openings available for:

2 positions - Insurance PM / Business Analyst
8 positions – Managers
10 positions – Senior Consultants
4 positions - Project Manager
1 positions - Senior Management

We are successful at placing professionals into service providers, but I’d like to get a good understanding of what you need to achieve with your next move before acting on anything for you.

There are principle level positions in serveral consulting companies which require manufacturing industry experience. Companies smaller than like PWC and usually offer higher compensation . They require bi-lingual candidates who are interested in working on Global projects and building a bi-lingual team.

We work with several Global companies and have good reputations with all. Usually for the more junior staff we tend to work from THE CANDIDTES perspective and work hard to get them three or four relevant opportunities at the same time. We are well aware for example of which companies are hiring to increase their Life sciences and healthcare practices, FSI practices and Supply chain/manufacturing practices.

Also a global project where you would be located in another country for a few months has opened up.
